Reception Space
Our 3,000 square foot reception space is the ultimate place to dine and dance the night away with up to 225 of your closet family and friends. Soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and modern design create the perfect blank canvas for your vision to come to life. Designed with guest experience and vendor convenience in mind, the space includes a catering kitchen, private easy-load service entrance, and a stunning bar.

Outdoor Courtyard
Celebrate with your friends and family under the café lights of our turfed outdoor courtyard. Situated just outside the main reception space, overlooking woods and wetlands, it’s the perfect oasis for your outdoor ceremony and/or cocktail hour. The spacious shaded porch provides additional space for guests to enjoy, and our two portable bars allow full freedom to customize the layout of the space.

Foyer
Modern luxury meets traditional elegance in our gorgeous foyer. Welcome your guests with vaulted ceilings, sweeping windows, and a stunning chandelier. This versatile space doubles as a ceremony chapel, and can also be used as an extra lounge area or overflow cocktail hour space for guests to enjoy. This means no room flips or weather stress involved.

Spend your morning getting ready, laughing, and popping champagne with your bridal party in our picturesque bridal suite. Individual makeup stations, a separate lounge area, a private patio, bathroom and dressing room provide ample space to relax and soak in the morning of your special day.

Groom’s Suite
The groom’s suite is the perfect spot for the groom to celebrate and enjoy the morning with his groomsmen. The vintage arcade games, three TVs, a lounge area, and private patio create the ideal man cave for the guys to relax before the ceremony.

Family Lounge
The family lounge is a versatile space for family members, nursing mothers, or the bride and groom to take a moment to slow down throughout the day. The space includes lounge seating, a TV, a Keurig, and a mini fridge. This space can also be used as a green room for a band.

Our venue can host ceremonies and receptions for up to 225 guests. However, for the most comfortable experience, we recommend a guest count of 200 or fewer.

We do! Something that sets W&S apart is our large, stunning foyer that doubles as a wedding chapel for indoor ceremonies. No room flip is ever required, and it’s full of beautiful photo ops. If you are planning to use our outdoor courtyard for your ceremony and unexpected weather occurs on the day of your event, you have the flexibility to move your ceremony indoors.

Because we only host one event per day, our pricing structure does not change, regardless of whether we host your ceremony or not.

Yes! We want our couples to be able to curate their perfect wedding day! This means the freedom to use any vendor of your choice (excluding bar service providers). We simply require that all vendors hold any required permits, licenses, certifications, and satisfactory insurance. Please note, all caterers’ final invoices will be subject to a 10% venue service fee on food only, and must sign our catering agreement prior to working on-site. Additionally, we have partnered with LiquidMotion for all of our beverage service needs. They offer comprehensive services, from meticulous planning to crafting a personalized bar experience.

Yes, W&S has 93 parking spaces, including 4 accessible spaces, in our lot directly outside of the venue. Street parking is not available. Please plan accordingly - carpool or use a ride share service - and ask your guests to do the same. Overnight parking is allowed, but guests must pick up their vehicles no later than 10am the following morning.

Yes, we will have venue staff available from the time you arrive through the duration of your event. Our staff will be responsible for venue-specific tasks such as: setup and teardown of tables and chairs, answering vendor/guest questions, ensuring cleanliness of the venue, restocking bathrooms, thermostat changes, emergencies, etc. They are not responsible for or involved in décor setup and teardown, executing your timeline, or coordinating your wedding party.

Because we want our couples and their guests to have the very best experience, we do require a professional day-of coordinator to keep your day running smoothly! Your DOC can execute all of your carefully planned details, as well as work closely with our venue staff and your vendors to ensure your day is the best it can be.

We are conveniently located just minutes from several options in Blaine and the surrounding area. We are also 15 miles from Running Aces Casino & Hotel; 20 miles from both Minneapolis and St. Paul; and 30 miles from the MSP Airport.

Yes. We allow sparklers in a designated area under management supervision.

Candles may be used inside of the building provided they are in an enclosed glass container that is taller than the flame.

With our pre-approval, furry family members of the couple are more than welcome for your ceremony and on-site photos! We simply require you have a dedicated pet-sitter, and that the pet is taken off-site after the ceremony.

Yes, we require couples to purchase a $1M policy prior to your wedding day through Nuptial.

A non-refundable initial payment of 25% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date and is due at the signing of the rental agreement. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. We are unable to hold dates.

Absolutely! We would love to host your next corporate meeting, bridal or baby shower, family celebration, gala or fundraiser, prom, photo shoot, and more! Please reach out to us for more info.

The Story of White & Sable
With each of the 300+ weddings Landon has filmed, he has observed what worked (and what didn’t work) when it came to hosting weddings – and Angela could spend all day making schedules and timelines, creating spreadsheets, and organizing a good get-together. This just made sense.
We’ve spent the last two years dreaming, planning, and designing a space that would not only be a couple’s dream wedding venue, but also be conducive to the guest and vendor experience. Our prayer for White & Sable is that it is a place where couples and their loved ones can celebrate the beautiful commitment of marriage the best way they know how — with the freedom and flexibility to make their day unique and special. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Hi, we’re so glad you’re here! We’re Landon and Angela. We have been married for 15 years, and besides our love for God and each other, nothing brings us greater joy than our three boys: Cooper, Paxton, and Riggins. We’ve also always had a passion for bringing people together and finding any reason we can to host a celebration or event.
Our journey to building White & Sable has been a wild, exciting whirlwind. After over a decade of experience in the wedding and event planning industries (Landon as an award-winning wedding videographer and Angela as a corporate event planner), we knew we were ready for the next chapter. We started dreaming of bringing a wedding venue to the Twin Cities that would be a stunning blank canvas for couples to make their own.
