As we gear up for our second summer at White & Sable (we can’t believe we’re already here!), we’ve been reflecting on some of the weddings that made our very first season so special, and Drew & Sondra’s celebration last summer is one we keep coming back to.
As one of the Twin Cities’ newest wedding venues, White & Sable was designed with couples in mind from the very beginning, and this day was such a beautiful example of that vision coming to life. From the intentional layout of the suites to the seamless indoor and outdoor flow, every part of the day felt effortless, thoughtful, and full of joy.
Drew & Sondra’s wedding took place surrounded by stunning greenery in our courtyard, creating the most peaceful and picture-perfect setting for their ceremony. One of the most meaningful moments came as their guests covered them in prayer, an incredibly powerful, love-filled start to their marriage that set the tone for the entire day.

Great Energy & Golden Hour
As the day unfolded, guests gathered, celebrated, and soaked in those perfect summer moments, drinks in hand, laughter everywhere, and that kind of energy you just can’t fake.
And then came golden hour: one of our favorite parts of any wedding day. With open fields and soft evening light just steps away, Drew & Sondra snuck off for sunset portraits while their guests continued the party. It’s those little pockets of time that make a wedding day feel so full.
